The Old School Players host the annual OSP Fall Golf Classic. Formerly the Pre-Circle Classic Golf
Tournament, we are in our 22nd year. It is our mission to financially support the development, continuation and/or success of minority golfing individuals, programs, and initiatives in an effort to bolster the African American golf legacy in Central Indiana.

Our tournament is held at Sahm Golf Club in Indianapolis the Friday before the Circle City
Classic football game in September. This is a stroke-play tournament that begins at 9:00 am (9/27) with men's & women's open & senior divisions. This is a special weekend in the city of Indianapolis as
several activities are held in conjunction with the Circle City Classic sponsored by Indiana Sports
Corporation & Indiana Black Expo. Entry fee covers gift bags, raffle prizes, soul food dinner,
drink tickets and entry into various games providing cash prizes.

 

We have added a new permanent feature to the tournament, movie night.  On Thursday, September 26th, we will be featuring the film, "Playing Through".  This is an award-winning film about the Queen of Black Golf, Ann Gregory.  A Hoosier, she compiled 300+ amateur and professional tournament wins.
